Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced installer to join our Concrete + Epoxy Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation and application of decorative concrete and epoxy coatings and be proficient in using concrete prepping equipment. This position may require occasional travel for out-of-town projects

Responsibilities:

  • Install decorative concrete and epoxy coatings according to project specifications.
  • Prepare concrete surfaces using appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in every installation.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Communicate professionally with project managers to ensure satisfaction and project success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in installing decorative concrete and applying epoxy coatings.
  • Proficiency in using concrete prepping equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to delivering superior results and exceeding customer expectations.

Join our dynamic team as a Field Operations Project Manager, where you’ll collaborate directly with clients, architects, designers, and general contractors, shaping luxurious residential projects across Maine. We’re seeking a passionate, detail-oriented individual with a affinity for excellence and a deep understanding of residential construction. Your motivation and drive will directly contribute to our team’s success. A competitive starting salary commensurate with experience awaits the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:

  • Regular interaction with designers, architects, contractors, and end users to assist their project needs.
  • Follow all estimating, bidding, and selling practices established by the company.
  • Work as a liaison between the sales team and the field.
  • Contract review to ensure that the scope of work is recorded properly, and terms and conditions of the contract are agreeable.
  • Project Management assistance on large projects from initial estimate to completion of install w/ high level of attention to installation coordination and detail.
  • Review work completed on-site for proper installation and progress.
  • Review weekly work reports and other project expenses.
  • Perform other related duties as required to ensure a safe workplace, quality construction and timely completion of each project.
  • Strong mathematical ability, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a team first attitude are a must.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Analyze and comprehend construction documents (ie. floor plans and specifications) to provide complete and accurate proposals in a timely fashion.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar position within a commercial construction environment, commercial flooring knowledge a plus!
  • Previous customer facing and operations experience.
  • Experience in project scheduling and coordination, project management, and general construction practices.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Highly organized, motivated self-starter with the ability to set and achieve goals.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team in a fast paced, time sensitive environment.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively manage change.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and can quickly learn new flooring software utilized throughout our company.
  • Ability to work in the office and travel to customer sites as needed

We have a busy year ahead with many great local projects, and are looking to add full time positions to our installation team.  If you have construction experience that is great, if you have flooring experience even better.  If you have no experience but are looking to get into a trade or change careers we would like to talk to you as well.
