Our installers are provided with thorough sets of installation paperwork to supply clear and concise information of what the job entails. Printed directions, comprehensive lists of materials, and clear layout concepts ensure our installers know exactly what is expected.
Be reassured in knowing that Old Port Specialty Tile’s installers are going to arrive to your job at the expected day and time. If any conflicts occur, a project manager will be able to contact the installers. No chasing or struggling to communicate. Your job will be completed, and punch list items will be finalized in a timely fashion.
