Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced installer to join our Concrete + Epoxy Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the installation and application of decorative concrete and epoxy coatings and be proficient in using concrete prepping equipment. This position may require occasional travel for out-of-town projects.
Responsibilities:
- Install decorative concrete and epoxy coatings according to project specifications.
- Prepare concrete surfaces using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in every installation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate professionally with project managers to ensure satisfaction and project success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in installing decorative concrete and applying epoxy coatings.
- Proficiency in using concrete prepping equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong commitment to delivering superior results and exceeding customer expectations.

At Capozza, we’re always looking for skilled Flooring Installers to join our team. While we hire on an as-needed basis based on project demand, we regularly accept applications from qualified professionals who want to be a part of our growing team and culture. If you have construction experience that is great, if you have flooring experience even better. If you have no experience but are looking to get into a trade or change careers we would like to talk to you as well.
